Sooooooo I was really into Weiss Kreuz when I was in high school. x3 And Omi quickly became my favorite, not only because I thought he was cute but also because I loved archery! (Even though he rarely used his bow it still made me like him all the more. xD) I had actually been meaning to cosplay him for a long time but never got around to it (which is sad, because the costume is so easy and a lot of it can be purchased.) So when I heard that and were cosplaying Weiss Kreuz at this past yaoicon I asked to join in on their escapades!

The costume was easy enough because all I did was make the shorts, belts, and hat (I wanted to go with the manga version because I liked the black leathery jacket more than the blue one) but the real challenge was... on THE DAY we were cosplaying Weiss... half of my costume went missing! @______@

And holy crap it was beyond stressful. =_=; We had to move rooms on the first night and then we had a lot of activity going on throughout the weekend, and somehow my jacket, shorts, AND shirt all got sucked into the chaos. It was missing until when we were almost done packing the room- apparently it decided to hide under a big pile of stuff in the middle of the floor. xD So that sucked, but it was found in the end! The worst part is I thought I had it all together the night before... LIES! I guess not sleeping or eating much makes me more out of it than I realized.

Anyway, in the end everything came together and everyone's outfits looked amazing! (Go check out their galleries for amazing Weiss lurve! ) Old school low budget anime for the win!
